I too was searching for answers for a better way to live. I felt something was missing in my life, and I knew there had to be more to life than people pleasing, working, and hiding myself and my feelings, always afraid of what people would say if I spoke up. 

I was afraid to voice my thoughts and desires. I was in a rut just surviving. Despite having been to therapy, I still felt something was missing, and I found myself searching for self-help videos on YouTube, where I found Michelle Chalfant and The Adult Chair® (TAC) model for living.

I listened to her podcasts, found a word for my “triggers” and my codependency, and was relieved to find healing and freedom and my voice.

I was able to bust beliefs that were untrue and live authentically.

In my previous career as a speech-language pathologist, I helped children find their voice and now I can help you find yours – just like I have found mine.
